Ahoy, skincare buccaneers! Today I’m sharing a complete look at my latest voyage into the world of advanced treatments. I started this session with a clear mission: get my skin ready for threads next week. The plan? A full-face meso using Laparoon Aurora Super with PDRN. This treatment is all about hydration, repair, and creating the best possible collagen inducing conditions for what’s coming next.
Before diving in, I gave my skin some TLC with Stayve’s exfoliating gel followed by a neutralizing foam wash. This is my go-to for making sure the surface is clean and prepped.
The star of the show: my EZ Injector. This little device makes mesotherapy more precise. I set it to dose mode to control each injection point. The dose size is a game of trial and error. The needle size and product viscosity both affect how much product comes out for each dose size. I used a 32-gauge needle. I tested different settings: 25 UL too little product came out, 50 UL gave me a decent dot, and 75 UL felt just right for spacing about a centimeter apart.

The Laparoon Aurora Super comes with two syringes. Getting them into the injector takes a bit of finesse, but I show you how I do it. It’s not a perfect fit, but close enough to work.
